Terms of Service

I. General Terms

by commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed here.

I accept payment in USD over paypal or ko-fi. I only accept full payments up front at this time.I will only work with unshaded and complete references.you may not, under any circumstance, edit my art or remove my signature in any way without my explicit consent.I reserve the right to cancel or decline a commission for any reason.any deliberate breach of my t.o.s will result in blacklisting.under no circumstance are you permitted to use my art, regardless on how much you paid for it, for any kind of AI or NFT use. Aside from these things, your commissioned piece is yours to create personsal use items such as charms, shirts, etc, and you do not need permission to do so.turn around time is currently about 2 months! when my trello is given to you with your commission card, it should have an exact due date. if I believe I will need more time to work on your piece, a heads up will be given!after lineart has been made, I do not accept full refunds. the exception to this is if I was for any reason unable to complete your commission, and did not communicate with you on the matter - in which case you will receive a full refund.chargebacks are strictly forbidden. if you require a refund, you can receive a full one before lines have been finished or a partial (50%) refund afterward.

II. Process

commissions are accepted via dm on twitter, toyhouse, discord, and instagram right now.any kind of poses, props, clothing, references needed and etc. should be provided to me upon being prompted for such! you have until the sketch is approved to change the poses and such to your liking! :)there is no extra charge for corrections to be made, however, changes that are unrelated to your provided references will cost a flexible fee after the 3rd change.once the sketch is approved, I move on to lineart. typically, I don't provide a wip on this unless either I have a question on it, or unless I am asked to.once lineart is approved, this is when I begin to color and finish your piece! if corrections are needed, please let me know! your finished piece will be sent to you typically through a sta.sh link!

III. Design Terms

you must have a toyhou.se to adopt! If you don't have one, I will provide you with an invite code! This prevents any confusion of a stolen character if it comes right from me as seen in transfer history.If you are going to delete your account or transfer it, please transfer or sell the design! You can hand it off to a friend or even myself for storage. I will not use your character.DO NOT DELETE / REUPLOAD CHARACTERS !! this erases the history of ownership and will erase its authentication as a glasswoods design.I do not mind if you change anything about the design. As long as the design is still recognizable, you are good to go! That being said-- should you change the design YOU ARE STILL REUQUIRED TO CREDIT ME AS THE DESIGNER.Once a design is purchased you have full rights to the oc. You do not need to credit me whenever you share the oc, nor do you need my permission to edit the design in any shape or form. Please keep the old design somewhere on the profile so that it still has a record if you redesign!You cannot sell "alt designs" or "twin ocs" or anything along that vein as seperate characters.Holds are +$5 per day held! Payment is due before I send you the character.If you are blacklisted, and someone gives you one of my designs, that person will most likely be blacklisted by association and for not respecting my tos.if you fit basic dni criteria you are already blacklisted. If you make me, or my friends, uncomfortable or break my friends' tos knowingly, you will be blacklisted.

IV. NSFW Terms

I will not draw "anatomically correct" genitalsi will draw fantasy style knots, but i won't draw sheathswon't draw any kind of pedophilic, zoophilic, or otherwise dangerous / problematic content. i will not draw scat. this list may be updated.i may charge a $10-15 fee for fetish works or decline your commission, but feel free to ask about certain content as long as it is not listed here!Please dm me for examples of my NSFW art!
